Living in a house with other law students/professionals?

I did a search but saw the threads were mostly about "in house" counsel.
I'm seriously debating living in a house with other law students for my first year. I figure the transition to a completely new city will be easier with a support system already there, but more importantly it's a lot cheaper. I'm only looking at options where I'd have my own bathroom though...totally not into sharing a bathroom with guys. Anyone have experience doing this? Is it recommended? Any reasons why I should run like hell from it? It's cheaper and convenient (in some cases because the house comes furnished). Any advice is appreciated!

Maybe you should just live with girls? It's going to be extremely hard to find a place where everyone gets their own bathroom.

Is "professional" the most insufferable word?

We had a girl in our apt once. Girls are way more bathroom intensive than guys. Take longer to pee, pee more often, poo just as often and then lie about it, take longer in the shower, need to blow dry hair, do make up, vomit after eating etc...

My two cents: having a place (my apartment) that is law student free that I can escape to was key to my sanity this year. You will be with the same group of law students all day, every day. For me at least, I need a law student-free sanctuary.
But everyone's different and it may work out great for you. Just wanted to share my perspective

I've actually found some great options where I'd have my own bathroom.
