Learning Crim in one day?

Had some personal stuff come up and just sorta took this test off... Test tomorrow afternoon. Can anyone advise me on the best way to use my time in the next 15 hrs in order to hit median?

I have casebook/supplement. I know some cases but I'm just starting on the doctrine. Can I basically just organize it by what are the crimes here, what are the majority/minority rules, MPC says this.., then wrap all the hypos up with a BS policy paragraph about the theories of punishment? Understandably some of the hypos about felony murder and transferred intent are going to get dicey, but everything else seems pretty easy problem especially consider it is an open book test.

There just seems to be an endless supply of very simple and yet totally mind numbing bullshit in Crim Law which causes me problems. Much of the E&E seems to be taken up with how the law got to where it is now, not what the law is now. Any suggestions on getting median with the time I have available?

Open.

Also it's abundantly clear from your questions here you haven't even looked at any of her old exams. That probably ought to be your starting point. She doesn't ask open ended issue spotters where you need to identify the crimes, but she typically gives you the crime to charge D with and specifies some rules of the jx.

ETA: She loves specifying that they follow the majority rules.

Find a good outline keyed to your casebook somewhere and pray it works.

All the outlines I've found do not specify majority/minority rule-- the E&E seems to only differentiate between the MPC and the "common law."

LeDique: Thanks. I agree it is abundantly clear. Uh are you in my class? You.. know who I am?
