My stats are 165/3.51 - I'm pretty sure I can raise my LSAT a few points on the June exam...
Should I put a deposit on St. John's, retake the LSAT, then try to bargain for more $ at Cardozo and Brook? Assuming I score between a 167-172 (which I've done multiple times on PTs), does this sound feasible?
Any better ideas? I'm also WL at Fordham and waiting to hear from Seton Hall.
Thanks.

I assume you can definitely do better than the schools you are looking at. Oh, and retake.

In what way?
I would like to go to Cardozo or Brooklyn.. but preferably with much more money.
The only other school in NY I could get into and want to go to is Fordham.. But I'm not sure they'd ever give me money.

Job prospects at those schools just aren't that great. I would retake to a) get into a better school with better job prospects or b) get much more money.

Thanks - Do you think I can use the June LSAT as scholly leverage for this Fall?

Honestly I would retake and, if you do well, don't go to those schools. You should at the very least look at Fordham and up. You have a decent GPA, so you shouldn't sell yourself short and go to a school with limiting prospects.
