If not, who is teaching administrative law and roman Law spring quarter?

He is in NYU's 2011-2012 guide so unless he is splitting his time, I would think he is over at NYU now.

I think he is NYU until Spring, and then comes back to UChicago.

He splits his time between NYU and Chicago. He has for years.

Yeah. I guess a lot of people told me last year that he wouldn't be coming back after this last year. I guess he did.
