Villanova is one of the school's on my list for this coming fall. Now that you're a 3L how do you feel about your career prospects? Do you feel overshadowed by Penn or does the market look strong enough that you feel comfortable? How easy was it for you to get decent summer associate gigs? What is the grading curve at Villanova like? Are we talking 30% at 3.0 and above, more, less? Thanks for being here!

Penn and Villanova grads don't usually compete for the same jobs. Not all that many Penn grads stay in Philly.

TITCR -- Villanova's main competition is Temple (and to a lesser extend Rutgers-Camden, Widener, and Drexel).

How do you explain the fact that Villanova's 1st Time Bar Passage Rate for the July 2011 exam was .17 percentage points lower than Temple's?

What is the temperament amongst students and faculty now that the ABA has censured Villanova for misrepresenting its entry stats? I originally had villanova on my list, but I have since placed it into my maybe column after hearing of this incident.

For the umpteenth time, it means nothing with regard to local hiring, and Villanova, being a regional school and all, places the vast majority of its students into... you guessed it... SE PA/S NJ/N DE jobs.

Apply to all the Philly regional schools now. Compare financial aid packages later.

Nobody gives a shit anymore. Temple's admission stats dropped after our scandal, lol
