The location is not convenient nor inspirational. That being said it seems to attract a law student of a different sort. None of the students I spoke with seemed to either mind or take much interest in the surroundings.
They are all(two women and a man) happy with their choice and the quality of the education they are receiving. Apparently they also had opportunities at higher ranked schools. They felt that what they have is a better option and would consider CUNY superior to many higher ranked tri-state area schools for public interest pursuits.
