So is it an all-or-nothing program? Like if you don't make it 10 years then you're forced to pay back all the loans? Or am I reading it wrong?

All participants with qualifying employment and salaries below the cap will be eligible to participate in the Law School LRAP for the ten years after graduation. These years do not need to be contiguous; a graduate may enter and exit the program at will. However, to reenter the LRAP, graduates must continue to be enrolled in the IBR plan.
