Starting the evening J.D. program in August; Contracts and Torts are the first two courses that part-time 1Ls take in the fall.

Can anyone post either syllabus or readings/texts that I can start doing this summer? I know these are subject to change, but I want something to start working on.


Also, unrelated and shameless: do we get football tickets?

Just about to finish my 1LE year there. Don't bother reading over the summer. Seriously, its a huge waste of time. As an evening student, you need to figure out how to get all of your week's work into 1 or 2 days, and reading all summer won't advance that goal any further.

My routine was to spend all day Sunday doing the readings for the week, and did well. DO NOT READ OVER THE SUMMER.

Also, no idea about football tickets.
