Most of my friends live outside of the campus area, because Knoxville's not a terribly large city, but there is certainly adequate housing within a couple of miles of the school. Most of my friends are married, though, so I may be a bad example.

Is there even a Admitted Students Day? It doesn't look like it on the website. Either way, I'm visiting probably later this month or next month.

Go to the highest ranked school that you can. Shoot for Vandy or even higher.abby3211 wrote:I'll be in the entering class of 2012 if I get in (waiting on my Feb LSAT score right now). I live about 45 min from knox and I'm really wanting to stay close to home, but my professors are really pushing me to some higher ranked schools (Emory, Vandy, etc). What do y'all think? Worth it to stay nearby or should I try for the higher ranked schools?
