I recalled a friend of mine who transferred from there said whittier's forced curve forces half of 1Ls drop out after 1st year, and a quarter of the remaining upcoming 2Ls drop out after 2nd year. Take it FWIW.

If you have any questions about this forced curve or other shitty aspects of the school, please feel free to contact Lynn, who was kind enough to provide her contact information:

At least she didn't pretend to be a student. I wonder what the average person at that mixer is like?

Please look at this institutions attrition rate before making your decision.

I didn't believe this could possibly be true, so I checked for myself.
Their 509 form for 2013 shows astonishing JD attrition - 83 1Ls out of 221 matrics, and 29 more transferring out. C/o 2013 employment data shows 56 in 210 employed in LT/FT/JD-required jobs nine months after graduation.
After accounting for the difference in class size, this means that you are almost two times more likely to drop or transfer out of Whittier than graduate from there and successfully find a job (50.7% vs 26.6%).
