Temporary Law Clerk--Bonus and Resume Question

Currently a stub at a V15 in a major market. Applied to a fed. district clerkship that is for 6-8months (temporary law clerk). Two questions:

1. Will I receive either the market clerkship bonus, or a prorated version, or no bonus at all?
2. On a resume/practice does it have to be acknowledged this was a temporary position or is it appropriate to represent the position as "Judicial Clerk?"

Couldn't find anything on this so thanks in advance!

No idea about the bonus but you did the job and a federal judge picked you for it. I’d say you can call yourself a clerk.

The formal title is probably Temporary Law Clerk (Chambers) as opposed to Term Law Clerk (Chambers).

But it's perfectly fine to write Judicial Law Clerk as your job title.

Anyone with half a brain who's paying attention will see that you worked less than 1 year, and it's their job to ask you questions about that.

No idea how bonus would work. Maybe prorated? No need to qualify the clerkship on a resume.
