Graduated from HLS 2 years ago, 3.8 GPA (cum laude) good position on important secondary journal

SDNY is a big court and despite what many posters will have you believe, cum laude at HLS is a good position for many of the "random" (although no SDNY judge is really random) senior judges.

Worth a shot but not enough information to know. Work experience, recs, personal background, career plans, connections all matter. Not competitive for the most selective judges but agree that it’s a big court.
