That's right -- current COA clerk applying for jobs starting this fall. Do you get the sense that work life balance is comparable between these appellate groups and others generally? I would not say work-life-balance is comparable across groups. But generally speaking, work-life-balance is better within a firm's appellate groups than in general litigation.
