What are the odds Adeel Mangi gets confirmed to CA3? There seems to be a big push to block his nomination because of the Israel-Palestinian war.

He will get confirmed, eventually. Even if Manchin is persuaded to vote No on his nomination for some reason, they'll get the VP in the break the tie for a circuit court judge. But it may take some time for all Dem senators to be there and for the VP to be in town with nothing more pressing on the floor.
