Any intel on Judge Federico Moreno? Can't find any intel on him on TLS. Looking for info on how much his clerks work, working relationship, etc.

The kid's conduct was egregious and Judge Moreno's response was totally proportional. The ATL article (https://abovethelaw.com/2018/04/judge-d ... -dumb-kid/) does a good job of describing the facts, and you can draw your own conclusions.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2023 11:46 amHe allegedly went out of the way to ruin one law student's career, publicly smear his name, and prevent him from getting admitted to the bar according to media reports, all over a stupid immature thing he did during an internship. You can see the article on Above the Law and elsewhere; I believe it was the subject of federal lawsuits.
If you Google the law student, he’s gone on to bring a bunch of other law suits, including against Moreno, against the USAO who terminated his internship for the actions that led Moreno to admonish him (specifically, saying that he worked for the USAO to get access to Moreno’s chambers to discuss a suit completely unrelated to the USAO), against ATL for the linked article, against the MA bar examiners for not admitting him to the MA bar, and against a Vermont judge and the Vermont AG for a speeding ticket (along others).Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sun Oct 29, 2023 3:14 pmThe kid's conduct was egregious and Judge Moreno's response was totally proportional. It's a good thing you posted this anonymously or you would have been the next person sued.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 6:14 amI can’t 100% guarantee that Moreno’s reaction was proportionate or says nothing relevant about his behavior as a boss but the 2L (who was 29 at the time) was clearly a piece. of. work.
I eagerly await service of 2L v.
