Good questions to ask in clerkship interviews?

Post by Anonymous User » Fri May 05, 2023 5:57 pm

I have a couple of interviews lined up (district and COA) and at least one of them is known to be a pretty casual interview where they expect the interviewee to ask several questions...

What are some good clerkship questions to ask that show I'm interested and that I've taken prep for the interview seriously?

Every time I asked a judge "what would you consider a successful law clerk to be/what do you want out of a law clerk/etc..." their eyes would light up.
