Hi - does anyone know any CA2 or CA3 District or Circuit Court Judges who hire off-plan? I'd prefer a district court clerkship but I know it's generally CoA judges that hire off-plan.
Also, what grades are necessary from NYU/Columbia/Penn for such a clerkship, especially off plan? Thanks!

Circuit—Menashi, Park, Hardiman, Phipps, Porter, Matey, Bibas. Some of those, like Bibas and Park, also hire some on-plan.

Park and Bibas are among the most selective off-plan judges, Porter is not particularly competitive, the others are in between from my understanding. Menashi is very ideology-sensitive in hiring but not always the most grade-selective.
