Updating OSCAR Applications

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Jun 12, 2022 9:36 am

Hey everyone,

Noticed a couple of errors in some of the cover letters I sent to three judges after I finalized my application. Two judges follow the plan; one does not, and I applied to that judge on Thursday. I know that OSCAR allows you to update applications post-finalization, but had a couple of questions about that:

(1) Will judges/clerks be able to see that you updated your application?

(2) If judges/clerks can see that you updated your application, can they compare it to the original version you sent?

(3) If you update your application for a judge who's participating in the plan, will they be able to compare the original finalized application with the updated version, supposing that you updated the application prior to release on Monday?

Thanks!

(1) Yes

(2) No, unless they downloaded it
