Re: Chance me for SCOTUS?
Your chances are low only because so few people are chosen for SCOTUS and so, so many worthy applicants are rejected.
I assume you mean "not top 10 people" and not "not top 10 percent" right?
Are you clerking for a well-known feeder?
Do you have a well-known faculty recommender willing to write something like, "this is the most intelligent and capable student I have ever seen in my 30 years of teaching at HYS"?
Are you conservative? (This increases your chances)
Are you a Rhodes Scholar? Marshall Scholar? Or do you have some other very significant achievement in your past?
Are you a URM?
Do you have any personal connection to any of the justices?

Re: Chance me for SCOTUS?
This is way too vague. Who did you clerk for, are you a URM, are you in Fed Sosc, do you have some prior interesting experience on the level of Rhodes, are you well connected, is this HYS Harvard or Yale?

Re: Chance me for SCOTUS?
When you say “chance me for SCOTUS,” do you mean chances of becoming a justice or a chances of becoming a clerk?
