No Spring Semester Rank Until After OSCAR Date
What would you do in this situation? I am assuming my rank will go up. Thanks!

Apply with the info you have, and note that ranks will be released on date X, after which you'll update your application. Depending on your school and where you're applying, judges may have a decent sense of what your GPA means without needing the ranking.
