Sending Updated Applications?

I applied to several judges back in September/October for 2022, and haven't heard anything. I've had several updates to my resume since then (including being elected to a LR exec position and a judicial internship). Is it worth sending updated application materials?

Definitely on OSCAR, and if its a substantial change, I don't see a problem with providing an updated resume, but I would be more cautious with this approach and make sure it truly is a necessary update and it might depend on the chambers.
