Federal Judges Following Hiring Plan for 2020

I am a 2L applying for federal clerkships. Looks like so many federal judges have already hired/filled their spots for 2020. Can we make a list of judges/circuits/districts that are waiting to hire 2Ls (class of 2020) for their 2020 spots until this summer?
