Top 35-40% from T6. Working in NYC V10 lit for one year and already want to leave BigLaw. Would it be a bad idea to clerk for a State Supreme Court outside of NY? I may have a good shot at my home SSC, but wouldn't be able to start until 2018. I will obviously apply to fed clerkships too.
I'm not sure yet if I want to come back to NY or stay in my home state, but wondering if I would even have the NY option.
