How do post-grads mail LORs to judges who only take physical app?

I have my application material ready except for LORs. I think once my application draft is completed, OSCAR sends out LOR links to the named professors to have them write the letter online. I would like to keep them for future LOR uses.
But how does this work for judges who require physical application via USPS? Let's just say my CSO has not been helpful and I am on my own. I'd appreciate any insight. Thank you.

When I applied as a post-grad I had a long conversation with my contact at career services about how we were going to handle various things, and whenever this situation came up I just emailed her the name of the judge and address and asked her to mail them accordingly, which was the plan that she and I had agreed upon. Unfortunately, my CSO was very helpful with this (unfortunate in that it sounds like my situation is not that comparable to yours).

Sorry, OP, but this was the standard practice for alums of my law school as well. Not sure if there's a good workaround - it'd be pretty burdensome to ask your recommenders to do it themselves, especially if you're applying to lots of judges.

You have to get physical copies from LOR writers - either you collect them to send in your app package or you ask the profs to send them directly. If your letter writers are all profs, it shouldn't be that big a deal because their faculty assistants should just print the master letter and send it where you want it to go and it should be paid for by the school (my school required you to send addresses in a merge-mail ready file to make it easier - if the school doesn't pay for postage you can pick them
up). If they're not profs you just need to ask them for paper copies, there isn't really much else you can do (unless they're willing to give you a signed copy to print as you need, but I wouldn't ask for that directly).

OP here. Thank you for the responses. So it turns out my lawlz school sends it on my behalf. There seems to be really no clear LOR instruction on OSCAR or my CDO. When I added recommenders on OSCAR and go through with my application, what happens next? Do my recommenders get a link to fill out the letter which gets stored in OSCAR? Or do they send it to my CDO? Also, since I will likely apply on a rolling basis as positions open up, can the same letter be used and will my CDO keep it on file for me?
Thank you for the help!!

Yes, if they use Oscar they just upload the letter once and it will get released for each application as you apply (so they file it and forget it and don't have to do anything else regardless of how many applications you submit). If you're sending it as paper, someone (in your case the CDO) will just keep a copy and send it out at your request.
(Unless you want a recommender to write a customized/personalized letter for any of your apps, so you'd have to arrange to handle that one differently.)

I see. So since LORs get stored in OSCAR (like LSAC during law school application), I would have to ask my recommenders to do 1 electronically with OSCAR and also have a copy of that same letter sent to my CDO for CDO's keeping for future reference?
