Have a number of paper apps ready to go but didn't include my school's grade/GPA explanation page. Will judges care, or even notice, if this is missing?

Depends on how well known your school is and how complicated its grading system is

In that case the judges either know the system already, or if they don't the JA will call your clerkship director and get it figured out. I wouldn't worry.

Does your app state your class rank? If not, you should include that.

As between including the relevant info yourself or wasting the JA's time forcing him to track it down, you should include it yourself.

I did fine not including one and I don't think my judges noticed or cared.
