Judicial clerkship drug testing

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Sep 09, 2016 5:21 pm

Do state trial courts drug test fulltime term clerks? If so, does anyone know the timing of that sort of thing?

I'm looking specifically at NJ/PA/DE/NY.

It varies by state/county/judge. I didn't get tested in PA/NJ, but I know of another clerk who was tested in PA.
