Anon for obvious reasons. Hypothetical question: if your judge decides to take senior status like ten months into your clerkship, do you have to indicate as much on your resume? Or Is it fair to leave off if, when he/she hired you and for the vast majority of the clerkship, he/she was not senior status?

In this circumstance, I think it's fine to leave "senior status" off of the line on your resume. Come to think of it, I think most folks don't bother to indicate a judge's senior status even when the judge had that status for all of the clerk's tenure. Don't worry about it.

I clerked for a senior judge and don't indicate that he/she was senior on my resume.
