Does anyone know anything about Connecticut Superior Court Clerkships?

They are interviewing at my schools OCI. I don't have any CT ties, but would happily clerk in any superior court. I am from NJ and am very familiar with the superior court clerkship system there (and am also applying) but do CT superior court clerkships favor some sort of ties to the state?
