Does anyone know of any "francophile" judges

I'll have an M.A. from Sciences Po Paris when I graduate. Hence, I would like to know if there are any judges that would take kindly to that. If you don't want to reveal the name, say so, and I'll PM you. Thanks!

The international court of justice more or less requires french proficiency.

I don't know if it will make a difference or not, but Judge Wood on the 7th Circuit is definitely a francophile.
