Murphy has been full too for a while. So has Gruender. Others seem to be moving slowly, unless I havent heard developments.

Also, I don't like when judges only require two recommendations. I like all three of mine, and I can never decide whether submitting all of them will look like I can't follow directions.

I basically do 3 recs nonetheless. Most mean at least x recs, and they can always ignore one. Plus I haven't seen my actual letters, so I don't know which two are the best.

I honestly have no idea. I interviewed early April, and he said he would be in interview mode for a while before making decisions. When did you interview?

I just know that he doesn't make any decisions until after he's interviewed everyone he's set up interviews with. But, I'm not sure how many people he normally interviews. He said he would be making calls within a couple of weeks.
