NY Appellate Division - Exit Options

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't find specifics.
What are exit options like for NY Appellate Division clerks?
For reference:
Tier3 grad, top ~15%, LR E-board, SDNY/EDNY district judge internship
Stats probably wouldn't get me a fed clerkship. I'm wondering if a 1st or 2nd dept clerkship would change my career prospects.
