Most liberal/civil libertarian judges

Who do you guys think are the most liberal or civil libertarian federal judges out there? I know Reinhardt, Kozinski, and Schiendlin are a few, but am clueless as to others.

These are like not even remotely the same thing. I take it by both of these you mean "aligned with the Democratic party's national platform on non-economic civil liberties"?

Judge Berzon comes to mind. But I agree, it is difficult to know precisely what you are asking.

Karlton (E.D. Cal), Henderson (N.D. Cal.), and Adelman (E.D. Wi.) are three who come to mind.

Pretty tough to know what you are asking when Reinhardt and Kozinski are so far apart ideologically.
