Getting a clerkship as an international student

Post by Anonymous User » Mon May 26, 2014 2:01 am

Does anyone have any experience with this? I know some courts (e.g. International Trade) have citizenship requirements but that most federal courts don't. It seems to be more a matter of whether being international puts you at a disadvantage in terms of "soft" factors.

Would appreciate any input. Thanks!
