OSCAR Question

Post by Anonymous User » Thu May 01, 2014 12:26 pm

I am a 3L who has a clerkship lined up for this fall and am applying for a second clerkship. OSCAR has a question that asks under "Prior Judicial Experience" for "Post-graduate Judicial Law Clerk." Do I check yes or no for this box considering I have a clerkship lined up but I haven't started it yet?

Check yes. It's really asking if you'll have the experience by the time you start for the term you're applying to.
