Anybody know if Shwartz has started reviewing apps for 2016 yet? Interviews, calls, anything?

Any word on Hardiman?

Per Hardiman's OSCAR, it looks like he won't even be interviewing until May/June, so it's possible he hasn't even begun reading apps yet.

Can anyone figure out Aldisert's posting that has two openings for 2015 but says he will not be needing additional law clerks?

Sometimes judges fail to update their info page on OSCAR when they list job postings (or fail to update the postings when their info page updates). Those postings went up yesterday -- my guess is Judge Aldisert's chambers hasn't noticed the discrepancy, or had time to fix it.

Yeah, it's a mistake. He's going inactive after this term.

Bump - I think some of the judges' "accepting applications" deadlines are coming up soon so hopefully some movement this month.
