Kind of random question. I need to list my current clerkship on my resume so I can start thinking about getting some job applications out there. But I'm having writers block with resume bullet points. Any suggestions beyond the standard ones (conducted legal research, prepared bench memoranda, drafted opinions)? My judge is amazing, but those pretty much sums up my experience so far.

I don't think you really need to put anything else unless you do something out of the ordinary. Legal employers know what a circuit clerkship is, and the work generally doesn't vary between them; in that respect, you could probably even get away with no bullet points, but the ones you have are perfectly fine. (The value is basically in having the clerkship, you don't have to sell your experience beyond that.)

FWIW for my clerkships I put the name of the judge, the court, location, and dates on my resume. I did not put any other description or bullet points. Recruiters and firms will know what you did and the fact that you clerked at all is what is significant. I personally think it looks better without a description and the descriptiong is really just a waste of space unless you worked on something out of the ordinary (for ex: you are clerking or a bankruptcy judge in a district that generally does only consumer bankruptcy but you happened to get to work on a large chapter 11 case). My CSO told me no description was necessary for clerkships and I'm pretty sure a bunch of the sample resumes on the HLS CSO website (great reference for resume stuff) has no description for clerkships.
