Clerking after second year of biglaw

I've always wanted to clerk, and I have some interviews lined up, but the clerkships wouldn't start until after my second year of biglaw. Also, most are two year clerkships. How hard will it be for me to find a job after a two year clerkship? It seems like there will be a lot of people that will think (1) I'm not dedicated to "practicing" law or (2) I'm not worth brining in because I'd technically be a fifth year, but I've only done first and second year assignments.

At a lot of firms (including mine), 2 years of clerking will still only get you 1 year of class/partnership credit, and at those firms you would be hired back as a fourth year. Firm -> Clerkship -> different firm is a pretty common path and clerking should make you a more attractive lateral candidate, not a less attractive one.
