Is boudin active again or is he still on a miniscule caseload? I heard he had recovered and was ramping up again but it was secondhand
He's back to a certain extent and increased the caseload, although definitely not a full caseload. I believe someone told me that he has taken the bench for some oral arguments, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Worth applying to if competitive for Kayatta, Lynch, and (to a lesser extent) Barron?
When I was applying, I'd heard some fairly negative things about the chambers environment from a former Lynch clerk. But that's secondhand info, so not sure how reliable it is.

There is a lynch clerk at my SA firm who was not magna so I assume yes (although perhaps her grades dropped after receiving the offer). On the other hand, a sears prize winner is clerking for her soon so there's that.

From what I understand, the chambers are just run like a pretty tight ship by the JA, but I know several clerks who warm up to her in the end.

Is there anyone on CA1 that highly competitive candidates without ties should plan to apply to besides Barron, Lynch, and Kayatta?

Barron and Kayatta have extended interview invites. Not sure if they've actually filled their slots.

Curious about this too. No reported movement for H students yet, but she doesn't necessarily hire from H that much.

Post plan. Will not say more than HYSC. I applied today for 2023 since I heard she was looking.

Filled per OSCAR, unless you meant what they're like in chambers in which case I have nothing for you but shared curiosity

OP anon here, I was just wondering about if they were filled or not (although I am also curious about what they are like in chambers) but I saw that Barbadoro was filled right after I posted :/

Lipez's posting says interviews won't be scheduled until mid-August, so I'd be surprised if there were updates before then.

How are you all applying to Thompson without an OSACR app? just mailing it? emialing it somewhere? I cannot find an email address anywhere.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
