It looks like Davis and Wilkinson are full, and Motz is almost there. Niemeyer is taking applications now.

Niemeyer is done for 2014.

Albert Diaz has started sending interview invites to 2Ls.

Very nice comment but clearly a rejection letter. I suppose this means Thacker is still open, so good luck if you have applied.

I heard a rumor that if you dial those numbers into a phone, you will be connected with someone from that office with first hand knowledge of how the judge operates.



Less snarkily, however, just call. Full time judge's staffs spend all day dealing with dick head lawyers. They are normally super helpful if you call and politely ask them for guidance.

There's also always the old-fashioned option to mail things printed on paper.

Anyone know if Duncan or Gregory have started hiring?

Judge Gregory is still interviewing.

Are Judges Davis & Motz still hiring? I applied back in February and never heard back. I was thinking about sending an updated resume/transcript. I could also maybe get a Prof to send an email/call.

Davis is definitely done. Actually has been done for a while sadly (for both of us).

Don't know about Motz.
