Listing 2L Summer Firm on Resume (for 2L applicants)?

Quick question that I've gotten conflicting answers to IRL:

I'll be spending 2L summer at a very selective firm and would like to communicate that to potential judges, but I've heard conflicting advice about putting anticipatory jobs on the resume.

Any current or former clerks want to offer suggestions? What are other applicants doing?

It's totally kosher. Our clerkship people advised the following form:

Dewey Cheatem & Howe, New York, NY
Summer Associate, May-August 2013

Definitely do it. One judge I interviewed with expressed that he was very impressed with my 2L summer firm choice.
