Thirded. I interviewed with her and it was a pretty negative experience (totally unrelated to getting an offer). Both Lynch and the JA were cold and arrogant, the clerks seemed slightly terrified of both the JA and Lynch herself, and the atmosphere just did not seem great -- stiff, stuffy, and almost chilly. I also know a former Lynch clerk who, while she won't say anything overtly negative about the experience, I can tell felt similarly.
Of course, that doens't mean it's not worth just sucking it up and sticking it out for a year if you get the offer. (I would just take almost any other offer instead, if available.)
