Congratulations everyone on being admitted to the U of A School of Law. I am thinking about a facebook group page for the entering class so that we can share, talk, discuss and know each other before we start the school.

Make sure you can pay off your debt with a 50k salary, it really removes stress, and adds flexibility.

Does that imply to expect a job at this starting salary? Isn't that the standard for the public sector?

What about small private firms, don't they pay a little better?
