If anyone is looking for a roommate, please let me know. I started looking at housing prices, and I would definitely like to find a roommate!

I am seriously considering this school (just to answer your Question). My top 3 are UT, UNC, and Indiana. UT for career prospects, UNC for locale, and Indiana for price.

In Undergrad it's basically impossible..

Not sure about LS, but... for undergrad it's not likely at all.

No chance. Also, most of IU's non-resident scholarship amounts are contingent on the fact that you remain a non-resident, meaning there is little incentive to become in-state anyways.

0% chance. Please do not pay out of state tuition. If you really want to go to IUB, move there and work for a year first. Then you will be able to obtain residency and pay in state tuition. IU is not worth $46,000 a year, so unless you have a significant scholarship you should really reconsider.
