NCCU 0L Where should I live?

I recently visited NCCU Law and I was not impressed with the surrounding area. Durham seemed pretty boring in general. Where are the best places to live?
I go to Duke and I own a house close to I-40 near Southpoint. There are some decent apts/houses around there.
Also, I'm selling my house. PM if interested.
