I look forward to meeting you all! Does anyone have any good info on where to live for someone not from S. Florida? Any advice is useful!

I live in Palm Beach County, and have been checking out apartments for when I make the move further south. I'll post some recommendations once I find some places I'd actually recommend- so far I've found some that are over-priced, and ones I wouldn't suggest. If anyone has any ideas for places to visit, I'd appreciate it too.

Everything I've seen falls into that category, too... On top of that, the places I've visited and contacted have pretty much blown me off because it's too early to lease for the fall, apparently...

There's a free company I'd recommend called Rent 1 Sale 1, they have an office in Miami and they're very helpful.
