Top Law Schools

I'm excited to be the one starting this thread, especially since this is also my first post at TLS.

I go an unexpected offer from Emory on Tuesday with a decent scholarship, which I'm hoping I can get increased once I actually send them my fall marks and once February LSAT scores are released. Has anyone successfully done this before?

This is the first I've heard from any school, so I have no idea if I'll be accepting, but I'm interested in seeing what others think about the school.

I hope you hear back soon! This is a very stressful process and waiting is the worst part.

oh dear god please don't come to emory. it's terrible, the three good professors we have do not make up for the really, really shitty ones. I wish someone had shaken me and told me to go anywhere else.

I completely disagree. I'm currently at Emory right now and I absolutely love it. Furthermore, I can't name a single professor I've had that was "shitty"... In all reality, they're the best professors I've ever had in my life.
