I'm selling:Green Glass Windows wrote:Are any upperclassmen still trying to sell their books on here?
Black Letter Outline: Civil Procedure (8th edition) - Kevin M. Clermont - $15 (I will also throw in the 2010 edition of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for free)
Gilbert Law Summaries: Property (16th edition) - Jesse Dukeminier - $10
All are in excellent condition with minimal highlighting/writing. I'm in Ithaca now so I can get them to you whenever, either by meeting up or "flexing" them to you (i.e., leaving them in your flex folder on the lower level of the law school).
PM me your best offer if interested.

I'm also looking for books if anyone else wants to let me know what they have. Just got to Ithaca, so I'm around to pick them up.

Unfortunately not more than what I posted earlier. 194 students, so a decline of 8 (per ABA data, no idea if its right). No LSAT/GPA medians announced.justonemoregame wrote:you guys have info. on the class profile?

Re: Cornell Law Class of 2015
Do any of you newbies want to go gorge jumping tomorrow?
A few of us might be going to Second Dam around 3 or so.
DIRECTIONS
If you have a GPS: Plug in 100 Penny Lane, then skip to Step 6, below.
If you don't have a GPS:
1) From Myron Taylor Hall, go down College and take a left on Dryden (uphill)
2) Go up till the light and take a right, but not a sharp right (a wide 90°) onto Cornell St.
3) Continue down Cornell St until the light, and take a left on State St at the light.
4) Continue down this road (it becomes Slaterville Rd) for .9 miles. Take a right onto Lois Ln, into some neighborhood called "Commonland Community" or something New Age like that.
5) Take the first right onto Penny Lane.
6) A little ways down, on the left between two houses (right where the houses change shades from light brown to dark brown,) there is a small white sign next to a worn path that says No Swimming, etc. etc. Park along the road anywhere near there (there should already be cars there) and go down the path.
7) It's a ten minute hike. Don't take any turnoffs or creepy gates. There is one place where the path Ts, and noticeably splits left/right (you'll see a pond off to the left.) Go right. This will eventually become a ten-foot wide gravel road. Follow this until you see a flat rock staircase on your left (and probably hear people shouting.) Take the stairs down and you're there.
There's a really nice dammed-off reservoir surrounded by mountains, and you can jump off the rocks into the water. The lowest jumps are about three feet off the water, up to 50-60 feet, so whatever you're comfortable with. Bring *tennis shoes*, a bathing suit, beer, burgers, a grill, whatever.
Here's a video. Ignore the stupid music.
