Disability accomodations - decreased course load - will employers care?

Title. I'm a 1L with a serious-ish health problem. It's under control, but it's affecting my energy and studies. I'm in the process of getting a reduced course load accommodation. Does anyone know if employers would care, in particularly biglaw? Would taking 1-2 less classes in my first year reflect badly on my capabilities?
