GW Law Honors Cutoffs for a specific year

Post by artward » Mon Dec 20, 2021 4:25 pm

Does anyone from GW Law know how to figure out what the honors cutoff was for a specific year. I graduated from GW law with a 3.4 GPA, which according to the Academic regulations is High Honors (pasted the relvant portion below. I didn't receive any honors though. After some research, it appears the numbers on the regulations are just estimates and cutoffs can vary from year to year. So my question is: is there some way to find out what the GPA cutoffs for honors were in a specific year?

"The degree of Juris Doctor “With High Honors” is awarded to those students with the highest cumulative averages of 3.33 or better. The number of students receiving degrees “With High Honors,” when added to the total number of students receiving degrees “With Highest Honors,” may not exceed 10 percent of the graduating class."
