Biz Orgs Supplement?

Post by ayearepeem » Mon Jan 25, 2021 1:52 pm

Going into week 4 and I am CONFUSED in class. I understand the reading but when I go to class I get lost. I have the E&E Agency, Partnerships, and LLC supplement, but I was wondering if there is anything else out there that can be useful? Something like Chem's supplement for Con Law? Thanks in advance!

Does your school give you access to the West Academic Study Aids Collection? There's quite a few supplements to choose from. I primarily used Acing Business Associations by Chasalow and found it to be useful. The Exam Pro supplement by Dammann was pretty helpful for preparing for the final. Even though that book uses multiple choice questions, the explanations were detailed and more than sufficient to help with essay-based exams. I've read that others found the Business Associations in a Nutshell book to be solid as well, but I didn't really use it.
